My intention as a therapist is to be your guide on your journey to healing. I believe everyone has the ability to heal and create the life they have always dreamed of. Many times we have unconscious blocks that keep us from living the life we want. These "blocks" are often unhealed wounds that cause individuals to have negative beliefs, anxiety, depression, and even physical symptoms. I can assist you in identifying these blocks and restoring the natural balance with your mind, body, and spirit.
My therapeutic approach is based on the principles of holistic psychotherapy. I draw upon a range of therapeutic techniques including but not limited to mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, EFT, and shadow work. In addition to a Master’s degree in Social Work, I also have Masters’s certificate in Consciousness Studies and Transpersonal Psychology.
Often our lives are too fast and too overwhelming. We need to slow down to reprocess our stressors as well as our traumas in a healthy new way. The more stressed we become the harder it is to find the sense of balance and ease that is essential to our well-being.
