My specialized experience is relational conflicts, and eating disorder/body image recovery. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Jungian, Psychodynamic and CBT. I have experience with short and long term therapy in all areas of life and mental health. I always offer a consultation to assess if we are a match. Please don't hesitate to reach out.
