Embarking on therapy can be an overwhelming process to many, as it causes us to accept the pain and challenges that we feel like we can no longer control. As an LMHC, I understand that there is not a “one size fits all” approach to therapy. I have tailored an eclectic approach that encompasses several therapeutic modalities to address the specific and individualized needs of each client. In the therapeutic space, I encourage clients to foster a self-compassion and self-love while aiding them in recognizing their triggers, maladaptive behaviors, and symptoms. All clients are encouraged to express themselves freely and authentically.
I have clinical experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. I engage my clients in treatment by collaboratively exploring the connection between their emotional, mental, and physical states. I specialize in working with anxiety disorders, trauma, depression, and self-esteem.

By providing an empathetic and non-judgmental space, showing up authentically, and building a strong therapeutic alliance, I enable clients to process their emotions and experiences authentically, while helping them work towards achieving their desired goals.
