I work alongside folks who are seeking support for life transitions, complex and/or acute trauma, identity exploration, and challenging or codependent patterns in relationships. My therapy practice focuses on building trust and connection so you can share and process your own unique experience. You're the expert on your life, and my role is to collaborate towards your own personal growth and goals.

While I work with a variety of clients, I have specialized training working with the AAPI community, biracial/multiracial individuals, and transracial adoptees. I often integrate EMDR, sandplay, and mindfulness based practices in my work. I also offer short-term EMDR sessions for clients when appropriate.
