Virtual Eating Disorder Recovery Process Group
Whether you are at the beginning of the recovery journey, or have been at it for some time this group is here to give you that extra support needed to stay motivated and committed to your recovery. Being that this is a process group, there are not assigned topics, rather the discussion flows week to week based on what members bring to process. Themes may include: meal accountability, body image, exercise, career satisfaction, relationship building, and more. We meet weekly, with occasional breaks for vacations and holiday's. An intake with me is required.
