I specialize in assessmnet and treatment of PTSD & CPTSD though work with a wide range of other diagnoses. I'm trained in several different treatment methods allowing for an individualized treatment approach specific to your needs. I believe when treating an individual it's important to identify specific symptoms or problems impacting the quality of your life and together we develop and work your treatment plan to eliminate those unwanted symptoms.
I am trained in bottom up brain based approaches to treatment related to trauma including Brainspotting, also called focused mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems. I also have extensive experience using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy both in an individual and group setting. I use a flexible approach, working as a team to determine what works best for you
