I am passionate about working with families, couples, and individuals who are managing both physical and mental health conditions or couples/families going through various life transitions, and relational stress. We don't exist in isolation, especially when on the long journey of chronic health care. I work within an integrated and collaborative care model, viewing the problem from a holistic standpoint and alongside other members of the care team in order to best serve all areas of the client's life. I have worked with a variety of clients in multiple spheres of care, focusing on skills and adapting our cognitions. I care about helping people through experiences of depression; anxiety; trauma; stress; neurodegenerative conditions such as Alzheimer’s, Lewy Body, and Parkinson’s; grief & bereavement; and other health conditions or relational stress.
It is my joy and privilege to work alongside you as you rewrite your story, using systems theory and narrative approaches.
