I have experience helping people with anxiety, depression, stress, anger issues, addiction, relationship issues, low self-esteem, PTSD, grief/loss, life-transitions, career problems and ADHD/ADD. I specialize in mindfulness based psychotherapy and non-judgemental presence. I also use eclectic blend of modalities as needed.

Being an ex-engineer and current therapist I am able to work with people from different walks of life. I am also able to help people develop a better balance between thinking and feeling. My work is both solution focused and depth oriented.
