This is space to think and collaborate on goals to help live a healthier, happier life, to receive support while addressing patterns of behaviors that are no longer serving you, and finally, a space to unload & give back to yourself.
By providing a non judgemental, safe, space I am offering a place where therapy participants can feel heard and validated. I offer solution focused, empathic approaches to treatment plans and goals. I look to challenge and provide empowerment.
It may be scary to take that first step to addressing life transitions, emotional issues or everyday stressors and sometimes feeling like "I can just deal with it on my own". I believe people are resilient and autonomous beings. I want to be able to encourage that process while helping build a healthier, happier life.
