EMDR Therapy is used trauma, pain, and migraines. EMDR replicates REM sleep. God designed your mind to process daily disturbances in REM. Sometimes disturbances are traumatic and your brain can't handle the level of disturbance. EMDR is short term therapy with amazing results. In home and weekend appointments available.
