I take a pragmatic and eclectic approach by integrating psychodynamic theories with evidence-based tools. Drawing on treatments ranging from CBT, ACT, and CPT, allows me to tailor treatment to your unique needs. I completed advanced training at Haverford College and the Department of Veteran Affairs where I continue to work as a trauma specialist.
