You can't have a better tomorrow if you're still thinking about yesterday. We all experience times in our lives where we may struggle to overcome challenges or may need to learn new skills and strategies to get through our day more effectively. Through my work I strive to assist people on their journey towards self-discovery and self-actualization. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches based on the unique needs of each individual including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Behavior Modification, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Progressive Counting (a trauma resolution treatment model).
I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and families experiencing a wide array of challenges including depression, anxiety, behavior problems, anger, PTSD and other trauma. I also have experience assisting adolescents and young adults experiencing life transitions, identity related concerns, and the challenges these may present.
