Hello! I primarily offer video/phone sessions with no set up needed. With just the click of a link I provide, we are face to face and it is often just as engaging as in person. My areas of focus are stress, anxiety, grief and loss, veterans, parents of teens and younger (we have raised 5 and fostered), teens 15 and up, women with intimacy/sexuality concerns (drive, guilt, shame, no desire) and those looking for life coaching. Most insurances now cover video/tele-health sessions. For video, you must be physically located in Michigan for the session and have a strong internet connection. My credentials are: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Bachelor's degree Social Worker (LBSW) in the State of Michigan.
I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to share concerns, and offer tools to cope with daily struggles. My hope is to give individuals a confidential place to identify solutions, often laugh, and learn to think and feel better! Together we identify actionable steps to make this happen!
