Betrayal trauma is one of the more complex and harmful life experiences a person can experience. Betrayed spouses experience intrusive memories (trauma triggers) as well as sudden and overwhelming feelings of fear, anger and worry. Goals of this group are to help partners manage trauma triggers, develop safety by setting boundaries, and getting support from other women who are struggling with similar issues. Developing a self-care plan and effective recovery check-ins are key tasks in this group. 8 Workbooks designed for healing and recovery are provided to participants. Spend three days with us learning and connecting in the Hold Me Tight Marriage Workshop and learn how to breathe new life into your marriage! This workshop is built around Dr. Sue Johnson's best selling book, "Hold Me Tight," which teaches couples how to go beyond learning a few communication skills, but actually teaches couples how to rebuild the bond that brought them together.
