I am a first generation South Asian Muslim American, so I have an inside understanding of what it's like to navigate two cultures and identities, which come with unique family dynamics and cultural expectations. I am passionate about providing counseling for first generation Americans of all ages, but teens and young adults are my specialty.
My goal is to create a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients, where they feel compassion and warmth. Having a safe space that's just yours, where you feel seen and heard, can make all the difference. I see clients both in person and online.
