Individual sessions offer a safe and encouraging space to explore deeply held patterning. Conflicting or oppressive messages can be brought to conscious and embodied awareness so that you can gain the agency needed to choose change.

As a lifelong musician, careful listening and collaboration are skills I value deeply. As such, my particular style of collaboration has become especially sensitive. My work with clients is gentle, but quickly to the point.
