Using a strengths-based approach, I work with anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, and self-esteem. For those feeling stuck or wanting to work through trauma, I use EMDR, a collaborative and highly researched treatment, and Brainspotting, a brain-body method, to help free you from negative experiences while allowing you to heal more quickly.

Stress Less: A Video Mindfulness Group
Feeling stressed and uncertain about the future? Maybe you are feeling isolated and disappointed with school closed. This group is an opportunity for high school teens to learn how to reduce stress and anxiety, manage emotions, address the current changes in their lives, improve social relationships, cope with change, and improve overall health and well-being. Using mindfulness and cognitive behavioral techniques, teens are able to take coping skills with them to prevent and help solve future issues. This group helps to normalize teens' experiences and create healthy habits for life!
