I love working with people, hearing their stories, finding out who they are. I'm continually amazed at their uniqueness and strength, and the ability of the human spirit to survive and persevere. And where we find light in the darkness.
I use a strengths-based and client-centered approach that includes psychodynamic theory, Lifespan Integration Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Hakomi, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.
