I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with 18 years' experience working in private & group practice, community, residential, & juvenile justice programs. I specialize in working with those experiencing difficulties with stress, burn-out, crisis, as well as issues with anxiety, mood, emotional regulation, trauma/abuse, & legal system involvement.
I believe in working collaboratively with my clients on issues they would like to focus on. Therapy is strength-based, reflective, supportive, and nonjudgmental. My approach is humanistic/client centered, and I also use cognitive behavioral, skill building, mindfulness, motivational interviewing approaches, as well as spiritual/other supportive practices.
