We are living in a busy stressful world. Along with our everyday lives of family, work, and children, we feel overwhelmed, pressured and stressed. My goal is to help you, your child or family cope with these stressors and improve interpersonal relationships. With a dash of humor, new coping skills and insight, together I can help you reduce symptoms of distress. I'm an eclectic therapist, which means I use different therapeutic techniques that best fits your needs, my client. With years of experience in private practice and school settings, I specialize in Play Therapy, CBT, Solution Focused, and Humanistic approaches

My passion is to help children, adults, and parents achieve their goals. One of my specialties is working with children who are experiencing more anxiety disorders then ever before. Along with working with parents as a team, I specialize in Play Therapy for these and other issues including, ADHD, Asperger's and peer relations.
