Often, we're not taught effective strategies for confronting challenges. I provide you with tangible tools to manage emotions, let go of rumination, and change perspectives. I offer goal-directed, evidence-based therapy because I believe you should receive support that's proven to work. My goal is to help you discover and live your life worth living.
Since psychology is my second career, I also bring life experience to the table. I've learned along the way that the only way out is through, and I'd love to get you moving toward change.
