Healing begins with connection. We need these connections to not only survive but thrive. So often our connections are fragmented. My work is trauma informed and helps you tap into your innate ability to heal and be whole. Through co-creating a safe space that honors your infinitely unique selfhood, while emphasizing the importance relationship has in the process of healing. Unfortunately, there is not a one-size-fits all solution to healing any growth. We will explore all of who you are to best guide us through your everyday lived experience. In this we foster a holistic method that focuses on nourishing your mind, body, and soul.
My existential framework is fundamentally a relational approach. I hold curiosity & authenticity closely. My goal is to learn your language, be open enough for you to learn mine, & to be attuned enough to co-create understanding, meaning, & healing together. Our relationship & safety are the foundation as I interweave an eclectic approach to meet your needs.
I specialize in working with older teens and adults: Millennial’s, life transitions, recent graduates, existentialists, and professionals. I support those who experience vicarious & secondary trauma. GT Book Club is group therapy meets book club. The next group will be focused on Bessel van der Kolk's The Body Keeps Score. Each week our group will meet and review a few chapters. Each session will mostly be an open dialogue for members to discuss and process their feelings towards that week's topic. Sessions will be 60 minutes long and meet each week for 8 weeks. Multiple groups run yearly. Group 6-8 people. Please contact me for more details.

Meeting once a week. Max 20 people you will be split into smaller groups to create conversation and connections.
