Before COVID-19, I ran a successful Healing From Trauma group for over a year. I love the energy of people coming together to process their issues and for a common good--e specially when that common good involves improving mental health outcomes. I am currently deciding what groups to launch in 2022 and am definitely open to feedback! So, if you have an idea for a group you'd like to see please call or email me...I'd love to hear from you!
