In doing so, I work to explore what lies beneath the issues holding clients back and begin to make way for more happiness and self-esteem in their daily lives.
Therapy with me is a holistic and individualized approach. I am an interactive and engaging therapist; passionate about helping my clients develop new skills necessary for change. My approach pulls aspects from evidence-based modalities and is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and client-centered.
