I've been working with individuals and couples for over a decade. I have quite literally thousands of hours of post graduate training in couple and individual therapy. An experienced therapist can make a huge difference in how therapy helps you through a tough moment.
I was a computer network engineer before becoming a therapist. I have a particular affinity for working with science and technology workers, executives, and all sort of folks who might not think of themselves as particularly emotional. I learned emotional language from the ground up, and so I really get it when folks struggle with emotional life.
