I offer individual therapy to adults age 26+. Difficulties and concerns can present opportunities for healing and growth. I have assisted clients with life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress-related illness, grief, relationship issues, intersecting identities, and everyday challenges of living. I am an LGBTQQI+ affirming therapist.

Having led a weekly grief group for 5 years, I now assist individual clients through experiences of significant loss.
