My experiences have been a window into the negative affects of racial discrimination and marginalization as you find your place in society. I understand the exhausting battle with “Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria,” the toxic shame of ADHD, and your core belief of inadequacy. You are justifying your own existance to everyone.
My style is informal and relaxed. Therapy does not need to be a painfully clinical experience to be successful. I have learned that appropriate self-disclosure and transparency along with a good sense of humor are valuable in building a trusting relationship.
