Men's Healthy Relationships
This ongoing group therapy addresses and helps positively transform the difficulties men often have opening up about and maintaining good communication in their relationships (family, friends, colleagues, partners). This group addresses men's frequent concerns about their sexual performance (sexual dysfunctions), difficulty dating and maintaining healthy intimacy with their partners.

Women's Group Therapy Support
This is a weekly and ongoing process group for women. This group will help you identify your needs and wants and find your voice to communicate those needs and wants. You will learn or rediscover how to open up, trust and be authentic in your relationships - platonic, romantic and familial. This group addresses body image issues and eating disorders as well as difficulty opening up sexually and letting go of past betrayals. It is about learning to be "real" with everyone in your life - including, and perhaps most importantly, yourself.
