Therapy can be both a scary and rewarding experience and finding the right therapist is extremely important. With this in mind, I provide a safe, supportive and understanding environment to work through whatever is bringing you into therapy. My practice is integrative and supportive. I will work with you to challenge yourself, think critically about what you are struggling with, and solve the issues you believe may be holding you back from becoming the best you that you can be.
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I have worked with both adults and adolescents in many treatment settings. I have experience treating a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, eating disorders and self-esteem issues. I especially enjoy supporting individuals through life cycle transitions, body image concerns, and relationship struggles.
