I offer online & in person sessions. I work with individual adults. I am a certified EMDR therapist /EMDRIA approved consultant. I am Brainspotting trained (Level I and II) . I am a certified LENs provider. While traditional therapy is useful to gain insight into experiences that have impact, EMDR and Brainspotting are very effective methods to accelerate change and lasting resolution. I have extensive experience treating a variety of issues such as low self confidence/esteem, unresolved trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression and helping resolve the unresolved.
I work collaboratively with each person to explore and sort out the significant experiences that are creating tension and conflict in your life.
