I specialize in life transitions such as retirement, divorce, loss and empty nest. I alsowork with mood disorders, young adult issues, grief, parenting and step-families. I help couples achieve healthy interdependence, effective communication and self-regulation. I am Certified Group Psychotherapist and a board-certified supervisor for LCSW licensure.
I have 20+ years of working as a psychotherapist. I have walked a path of feeling, understanding, healing and growth with client after client over the years and learned something important from every one of them. Through ongoing training, life experiences and my own personal work, I am able to confidently offer my clients a healthy and healing relationship.
