My desire is to support your transition from surviving to thriving. We will explore your mind activity, beliefs, childhood patterns, body sensations to see what is keeping you from your deepest self. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental, and loving environment that promotes safety, connection, and healing.

I hold a Ph.D. in East-West Psychology from CIIS and a Masters in Counseling Psychology. I have worked as a therapist for twenty years and hear from my clients that our work is life changing. In the past, I had a successful career in Silicon Valley and have been an adjunct professor at Naropa for 5 years.
