I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist whose approach is aimed at providing practical skills, utilizing strengths and helping clients gain insights. I individualize treatment interventions in collaborative effort to meet the needs of clients. I have experience in treating a variety of mental health and co-occurring disorders using evidenced based practices (mindfulness, CBT, MI) and I specialize in trauma, addictions, military and relationship issues.

I work with military families during transitions and to heal from PTSD, adjustment disorder, anxiety, depression and reintegration of a deployed family member. With couples I help to refine communication, heal resentments, and improve intimacy. I provide addiction treatment and consultation for family members who have addicted loved ones.

My practice provides an environment that helps you to explore emotions, attitudes, behaviors and beliefs that may have hindered your past attempts to grow.
