Hello, my name is Tanya. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and I'm passionate about helping ambitious, highly sensitive women learn how to stop saying "yes" when they mean "no", set boundaries in a loving, aligned way, claim their true desires, voice, self-expression, and step into their own leadership. My practice focuses on supporting women like you through struggles with saying "no" in certain situations, feeling like there are "ghosts from the past" cluttering your mind & life, anxiety, trouble living out your dreams & making decisions and choices that align with your values, i.e. living your truth.
My approach is collaborative: you're the expert of your own life and I am here to support. I offer client-centered therapy alongside the best of evidence-based practices for trauma healing, such as Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, alongside an Attachment-Based, relationship building approach. I am multicultural, trauma-informed & women-focused.

Each time I've run this Circle, women take so much more out of it than they imagined. They open up & share far more than they may have ever shared with anyone.
