I utilize a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, meaning I consider the entire person while using a mix of psychological approaches including Humanistic-Existential, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, and Psychodynamic. I graduated with academic distinction from Northwestern University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
