I specialize in working with adults struggling in their relationships, and with those who are pregnant, postpartum, struggling with infertility, and throughout parenting. My integrative approach utilizes mindfulness, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, cognitive-behavioral tools, interpersonal psychotherapy, and trauma-specific interventions.
Therapy is a non-judgmental, collaborative process to help you build safe, fulfilling connections with all parts of yourself as well as those you’re closest to. Postpartum Support Circle
Parenting a newborn is hard! Join this 6-week postpartum support circle to help you connect with other parents, talk about your postpartum experience, and build community. We’ll discuss topics including emotional wellness, healing and body image, relationship changes, intimacy, older siblings, sleep, shifts in identity, and more. Join Taylor Elwood, therapist and certified doula on Monday mornings in June and July from 11am - 12:15pm. Babies welcome!
