My approach to therapy is rooted in an integrative, holistic foundation. In addition to traditional talk therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, I also employ more progressive forms of therapy such as compassionate focused therapy, EMDR, BSP, strengths-based approach, energy psychology and art therapy.
As a compassionate psychotherapist, I am committed to creating a safe, validating and non-judgmental environment.
