Seeking a therapist can be a daunting task. Our therapists strive to help our clients achieve the personal growth and healing goals that they are reaching for, and to provide a warm, safe, and supportive atmosphere for that growth and healing to occur. Clarity, centeredness, and happiness are realistic goals to strive for. Our therapists are dedicated to helping people understand the causes of their problems and, to either solve those problems or, to come to peace with them. We work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors struggling with a wide variety of issues and concerns.

Parenting Skills for Challenging Children
Please join Dr. Adrienne Habib, for a six-week virtual group designed for parents struggling with challenging children. This group is designed to provide the tools to help you improve your parenting skills and confidence, learn new methods for improving your child's behavior, reduce reliance on forms of discipline that cause stress, learn about the myths and parenting pitfalls that can perpetuate bad behavior, and understand reinforcement and consequences techniques.

Monday Night Connect
