Divorce Transition Group
Developed for individuals who are currently struggling with separation and divorce and who feel challenged by this new phase of life. This is a two month group meeting once a week for approx. 1.5 hours. The group is purposely kept small so you will start and finish with the same group members - no new members will join once it has started. The most common topics discussed in the are adjusting to loneliness, learning how to effectively navigate challenges arising from co-parenting and finding a balance in this new life transition. Open to men and women, heterosexual and same sex divorces.

Women in Relationships
This group is for women seeking to strengthen and maintain healthy relationships with their significant others. Clear boundaries, positive communication strategies, and attachment backgrounds will be reviewed and discussed. Participants will be asked to actively participate in group discussions where members will provide feed-back to each other. The group will take place once per week for 75 minutes over the course of 12 weeks. The group is limited to 6 individuals and all members should be engaged in individual therapy with another therapist.
