It is my belief that who we are today is a product of our experiences throughout our lives. I specialize in Eating Disorders and Nutritional Counseling, as well as specializing in trauma by utilizing EMDR and Brainspotting. My goal is to work alongside you to help facilitate healing and growth and to create a foundation for lifelong mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
EMDR and Brainspotting help address trauma, PTSD, grief, abuse, depression, stress, and anxiety. Here, we work through any experiences that elicit uncomfortable or painful memories, so that they may be reprocessed in a much more healthy and complete manner - without re-traumatizing yourself! I would love to talk to you about how these could help you.
Also, as a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach, I find it crucial to pair the treatment of Eating Disorders with education about healthy eating and exercise habits. Together, we can work through body image issues, low self-esteem, and repairing the mind and body.
