I am a warm and interactive therapist who strives to be very attuned to your feelings, thoughts, beliefs, etc. I will work hard to help you understand your own mind, as well as the minds of others. I can help you understand your own trauma and how to move through this pain to find some peace. I specialize in relationship issues, parenting and family trauma.
It's a brave and vulnerable thing to go to therapy...especially when you have a history of trauma. It's important that you feel safe and can connect emotionally with your therapist.
