Choosing the right therapist is an important process and can impact your therapy experience immensely. I aim to be straightforward and practical, while providing a relaxed and natural flow. My approach is collaborative and integrates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness to provide relief from anxiety, depression, and trauma. I help people with life transitions, relationships, work stressors and family life. I am also a sport and performance psychologist and mental performance coach. I have worked with individuals and teams for over 15 years to fine-tune their ability to thrive and succeed at the highest level.

I am the founder of Elite Psychology Group and I am Board Certified in Clinical Psychology (ABPP). ABPP represents the highest level of attainment in the field of psychology. I am also Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy and have specialized training in CBT. It is my goal to provide you with the most effective, timely, and evidence-based support.

My work allows people to thrive and perform at the highest level each day, whether in work, relationships, or any other aspect of life. Video and phone sessions available. Rates start at $175 up to $300 per session. We are an "insurance friendly practice" and work with your insurance so you can receive the maximum reimbursement as an out of network practice.
