I'm passionate about helping my clients break toxic patterns and set healthier boundaries. I specialize in working with the adult children of parents with borderline and narcissistic personality disorders. Additionally, I love to work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and OCD. My style is supportive, honest, and direct with a bit of humor sprinkled in. I love being a therapist, but I'm definitely not the perfect therapist for everyone. I'm straightforward, bubbly, and use profanity on occasion to emphasize a point.
I know that you've already tried to deal with the stress in your life on your own, and you're coming to therapy to not only get support, but guidance. While you're definitely encouraged to process your feelings and thoughts in our sessions, you can also expect me to provide feedback, offer suggestions, and help you problem solve issues you're facing.
