Interpersonal Process Group
I lead long-term psychotherapy groups. Group therapy is a particularly effective way to address issues related to interpersonal, professional, romantic and familial relationships. Group therapy provides opportunities to be vulnerable, take risks, and develop meaningful relationships within a safe setting. Group members can offer a source of support, normalization and give and receive authentic feedback. In real time, group members can practice working through emotions and reactions to others, and engage in new ways of responding, with the help of other members and leaders. Group therapy can be challenging, yet powerful and most individuals report deep growth and meaningful reward from their experience.
