Welcome. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). I have been working as a therapist since 2007. Currently, I am the co-owner of Collaborative Counseling and Training where we believe in utilizing evidence based, effective strategies, in a private, professional setting to assist you in addressing problems and goals including stress, anxiety, depression, substance related and behavioral problems, relationship issues and other concerns.
All therapeutic strategies help by increasing self-awareness and promoting choice in how you think and act. The types of therapy we use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and others. We also provide training in these areas and supervision for LPC Candidates.
