I am trained in and primarly utilize the "Somatic Experiencing" model, It taps into the innate knowledge that our bodies have to inform and help us heal. We'll use curiosity and compassion to re-connect mind and body through conversation and reflection.
I know first hand that sometimes the most nurturing and fulfilling aspects of our lives, can also be the most difficult to navigate. I have experienced loss, self-doubt, and power struggles in relationships. I believe in your individual and innate strength and would like to help you tap into it.
