Pre-Teens InBalance

This on-going experiential growth and learning group is designed to provide pre-teens with support and guidance as they navigate challenges at school and at home. In our strengths based approach, your child will be able to practice asserting healthy boundaries, managing obstacles and distractions, making empowered choices, resolving conflict, and dealing with peer pressure. Participants will have an opportunity to: Improve Social Skills Build Self-Esteem Reduce Anxiety Gain Self-Confidence Learn to Appropriately Express Feelings and Manage Conflict Effectively
