I'm passionate about working with and empowering young adults and adolescents. One of my favorite things about working with these populations is supporting them through their transition into adulthood. I believe that becoming the person you are and hope to be means addressing your anxieties and insecurities along with making connections between your past and present. It can also mean processing traumas and talking about difficult topics. I promise to support you every step of the way because I know it is a privilege to witness a client's healing and personal growth.
I use an eclectic approach with an emphasis in humanistic, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapy with my clients. I have experience working with adolescents and young adults individually on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and the transition from high school to college.
Everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and validated when talking about difficult topics. I provide a confidential, safe space for clients to heal and grow.
