It is built on a solid framework of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, which seeks to capture the hidden messages your mind sends to your body, and Solution-Focused Therapy which focuses on your natural strengths. I am also a practitioner of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. I have a MSW from the University of Maryland School of Social Work, and an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
