Through an approach tailored to each client (including cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, humanistic and strengths-based theories), I'm looking for ways to help you be kinder to yourself, work more effectively and form stronger, more authentic bonds.
Therapy works best when it both supports and confronts. My office is a space devoted to making clients feel safe and strengthened, without the fear of being judged. But it is also a space for exploration and provocation. We dig in to end pain, create meaning and bring relief.
